What payment methods are accepted online?

We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards.

Will I be charged sales tax?

We are required by law to charge sales tax in the following states: AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WV, WY.

Please note that state sales tax subject to change and that some states charge tax on freight in addition to merchandise.

Can I place a tax-exempt order or purchase order on your web site?

Tax-exempt orders can only be submitted on our website if you register for a School PO account. Purchase orders and tax-exempt orders, with a copy of the tax exempt certificate included, can also either be faxed to Carson-Dellosa Publishing at 800-535-2669 or mailed to:

Please note that by law, faxed or mailed orders cannot be exempt from tax unless we have a copy of the tax exempt certificate on file.

Why am I having problems adding items to my shopping cart?

Carson-Dellosa Publishing’s website uses coded information known as “cookies." If the cookies function on your Internet browser is disabled, items are prevented from being added to your shopping cart. To enable the cookies function on your browser, follow the directions below for the type of Internet browser you use.

If you are still having problems, please contact our Web Support Department at 800-321-0943, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–7:00 pm, EST.
Messages left after hours will be returned the following business day.

Microsoft Internet Explorer:
1. From "Tools," select "Internet Options."
2. Click on the "Security" tab.
3. Click on the "Custom Level" button.
4. Scroll down to "Cookies" and make sure that one of the following two items is selected:
    – Enable (Always accept cookies)
    – Prompt (Before accepting cookies)
5. Click "OK."

Netscape Navigator:
1. From "Edit," select "Preferences."
2. Click the word "Advanced" on the left.
3. Make sure that one of the following two items is selected:
    – Accept all cookies
    – Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server
4. To disable the cookies warning, make sure the following item is not selected:
    – Warn me before accepting a cookie
5. Click "OK."

I am having trouble locating a specific product. Can you help me navigate your web site?

You can search for specific items by item number, title, or keywords in the “Search for Products" box. OR You can browse for specific items by Grade/Age, Subject, Theme, Type, Brand, and Award on the left-hand navigation bar. Once you have selected or search you can refine your results by using the left navigation bar to select your wanted attributes.

Listed shipping rates apply only to orders shipped within the continental United States. All orders will be shipped via the most efficient carrier and type of service selected. Shipping and handling times are approximate and not guaranteed. Rates are subject to change. Post Office Box addresses are accepted. AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO and U.S. territories will ship U.S. Mail. Allow 3–4 weeks for standard shipping. Due to the speed in which we process and fulfill orders, we are unable to alter your order once it has been confirmed. Please allow in-stock orders 7–10 business days for standard delivery and 3–5 business days for express delivery.


Guaranteed Shipping Terms
Guaranteed shipping orders placed Monday–Friday by 2:00 pm EST will ship the same day. Otherwise, allow 24 hours for processing. Guaranteed delivery is only available within the continental United States and is not available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and certain zip codes which are not serviced by FedEx.

When should I expect to receive my order?

All orders will be shipped via the most efficient carrier and type of service selected. Shipping and handling times are approximate and not guaranteed.

Please allow in-stock orders 7–10 business days for standard delivery and 3–5 business days for express delivery.

Post Office Box addresses, AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO and U.S. territories will ship U.S. Mail. Allow 3–4 weeks for standard shipping.

How do I know that my order went through?

You will receive an email confirmation at the address provided during checkout or registration.

If you do not receive confirmation and your email address is listed correctly in your account information, please email us or call 800-321-0943, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–7:00 pm, EST for assistance.

I have placed an order that I want to cancel. Can I cancel it? If so, how?

Due to the speed with which we process and fulfill orders, we are unable to alter your order once it has been confirmed.

When will I receive my backorder?

Your backorder(s) will ship as soon as merchandise becomes available in inventory. There is no charge for freight on back-ordered items. If you have any questions on the availability of an item, please call Customer Care at 800-321-0943.

Can I place an international order online?

Only orders that will be shipped to the United States and Canada may be placed on our web site. For international orders, please call 336-632-0084, ext. 3105 or email: webhelp@carsondellosa.com for a dealer in your country.

Note to our Canadian Customers

Canadian Customs will apply additional customs charges and other fees for importation. These charges are not created by or paid to Carson-Dellosa and are the sole responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be issued for customers refusing delivery on orders due to customs charges. To avoid these charges, use our Store Finder for a store in your area.

Can I place an order that will ship to a Military APO or FPO address?

Yes. Shipments to Military APO or FPO addresses will be sent via US Mail. Please allow at least 3–4 weeks for delivery.

What is Carson-Dellosa Publishing’s return policy?

We guarantee our products unconditionally. All requests for returns should be directed to Carson-Dellosa Publishing Customer Care within 30 days of receipt. In order to receive a refund, all returns must be authorized by Customer Care in advance and must be received within 90 days of the purchase date. Refunds will not include shipping and handling fees. You should expect to receive your refund within 4–8 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. If your return request includes a credit to your credit card, please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Please enclose a copy of your packing slip with a note indicating if you would like an exchange or refund. All returns must be marked with a return authorization number. Please contact Customer Care for your return authorization number and instructions on how to return your order. Customer Care is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–7:00 pm, EST.

All special offer sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for product in this category. eBook purchases are non-refundable. If you need additional assistance, please contact Customer Service.

What if I receive a damaged package or defective/missing items?

Call Carson-Dellosa Publishing Customer Care at 800-321-0943, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–7:00 pm, EST. To ensure quick processing, please have your packing slip available or the SO# from the label on your package. If possible, sign for the package as damaged upon receipt from the carrier

How can I be removed from the mailing list?

To be removed from our catalog mailing list, please email your request to webhelp@carsondellosa.com To ensure we have all the information needed for removal, please provide the full name and address as it appears on the catalog(s) along with the mailing code. Multiple listings can be faxed to 1-800-535-2669 with a note for removal.

To be removed from our email list you may manage you subscriptions on our site or email Customer Care with your request for removal. Make sure you supply the email address where you are receiving our emails.

Do you sell gift certificates?

We do not offer gift certificates for purchase at this time.

How can I submit a product suggestion?

Carson-Dellosa Publishing does not accept unsolicited product ideas or book proposals at this time.
