Written permission is required to reprint or reproduce materials from Carson Dellosa Education. Please read all of the following information carefully. Incomplete requests will cause a delay.

The purchase of Carson Dellosa Education materials entitles the buyer to reproduce portions of the material as specified in the copyright disclaimer printed on the material. Reproduction of these materials for resale or profit is prohibited. When applicable, the buyer is entitled to scan, store, or copy products solely for personal, noncommercial use. Otherwise, no part of the materials may be reproduced (except as noted above), distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means (mechanically, electronically, recording, etc.) without the prior written consent of Carson Dellosa Education. Carson Dellosa Education reserves the right to modify these usage rules at any time.

To use any material from Carson Dellosa Education for purposes other than those uses described above, prior approval and specific written permission must be obtained from Carson Dellosa Education. Permission for such use is only granted on a case-by-case basis and is at the sole discretion of Carson Dellosa Education.

Permission requests to use Carson Dellosa Education materials in a film or television program as a prop or as set dressing must include the information on the following Form A. It will open in Adobe® PDF format. Please fill out the form completely. If a question does not apply to your request, answer N/A. Type your answers directly onto the form, then print it out and mail it to the appropriate address listed below. You may also email the form to PermissionsDepartment@carsondellosa.com.

Permission requests to use Carson Dellosa Education materials for all other purposes should include the information on the following Form B. It will open in Adobe® PDF format. Please fill out the form completely. If a question does not apply to your request, answer N/A. Type your answers directly onto the form, then print it out and mail it to the appropriate address listed below.
