Listed shipping rates apply only to orders placed on carsondellosa.com and shipped within the contiguous United States. All orders will be shipped via the most efficient carrier and type of service selected. We currenlty use FedEx® and USPS® as our shipping providers. Shipping and handling times are approximate and not guaranteed. Rates are subject to change. P.O. Box addresses are accepted. Due to the speed in which we process and fulfill orders, we are unable to alter your order once it has been confirmed. Please allow in-stock orders 7–14 days (depending on your zone) for standard flat rate and free shipping delivery and 3–5 business days for express delivery.

AK, HI, PR, APO / FPO, and U.S. territories will ship via U.S. Mail. Allow 3–4 weeks for standard shipping. All orders will be shipped via the most efficient carrier and type of service selected. Shipping and handling times are approximate and not guaranteed. Rates are subject to change. P.O. Box addresses are accepted. Due to the speed in which we process and fulfill orders, we are unable to alter your order once it has been confirmed. Orders placed on carsondellosa.com and over $40 in non-contiguous US states, and US territories, will get a discounted standard shipping option of 20% off during checkout.

Guaranteed Rates Shipping Terms and Conditions
Guaranteed shipping orders placed Monday–Thursday by 2:00 pm EST will ship the same day. For guaranteed shipping orders placed on Friday, delivery dates are as follows:
- Next Day = the following Monday
- 2nd Day = the following Tuesday
Otherwise, allow 24 hours for processing. Guaranteed delivery is only available within the contiguous United States and is not available for P.O. Boxes, APO / FPO addresses, and certain zip codes that are not serviced by FedEx®.
Note to our Canadian Customers
As of September 23, 2022 we no longer ship to Canada.

Returns
We guarantee our products unconditionally. All requests for returns should be directed to Carson Dellosa Education's Customer Service within 30 days of receipt. In order to receive a refund, all returns must be authorized by Customer Service in advance and must be received within 90 days of the purchase date. Refunds will not include shipping and handling fees. You should expect to receive your refund within 4–8 weeks of the return shipment’s postdate. If your return request includes a credit to your credit card, please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
All returns must be marked with a Return Authorization Number. Please contact Customer Service for your Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return your order.
All special offer sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for products in this category.
Printable and eBook purchases are nonrefundable.
